Breakfast Club – Terms and Conditions for Parents

Limes Farm Infant School, Chigwell

These Terms and Conditions apply to all parents/carers booking a place for their child at the Breakfast Club operated at Limes Farm Infant School in Chigwell. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms:


1. Club Overview

  • The Breakfast Club operates from 7:30am to 8:40am during school term time only.
  • It is open exclusively to pupils attending Limes Farm Infant School.
  • The club provides a healthy breakfast and supervised play in a safe and inclusive environment.

2. Bookings

  • All sessions must be booked in advance, preferably at least 24 hours prior to attendance.
  • No walk-ins will be permitted due to staffing, food preparation, and safeguarding policies.
  • Bookings can be made via the designated system - Class4kids only.

3. Payments

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for non-attendance, including illness or lateness.
  • If a session is cancelled by the club (e.g., due to staff illness or emergency), a credit will be issued or a refund arranged.

4. Arrival and Collection

  • Children must be dropped off no earlier than 7:30am and no later than 8:15am.
  • Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring safe drop-off.
  • Children will be escorted to their classrooms at the end of the session by a club staff member.

5. Behaviour and Conduct

  • The club promotes respectful behaviour. Persistent inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the club.
  • Parents must inform staff of any behavioural, medical, or dietary needs when booking.
  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour from parents towards staff will result in termination of the child’s place.

6. Medical and Emergency Procedures

  • Parents must provide up-to-date emergency contact details and medical information.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, staff will take appropriate action and contact parents immediately.
  • Any changes to a child's medical needs must be reported without delay.

7. Absence and Cancellations

  • If your child is unable to attend, please notify the club as soon as possible.
  • No refunds will be issued for absences unless previously agreed due to exceptional circumstances.

8. Data Protection

  • Information collected is stored securely and used only for the purpose of managing your child’s place and safety.
  • We comply with all relevant GDPR and data protection laws.

9. Amendments

  • These terms may be updated at any time. Parents will be notified of changes in writing or via email.

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
  • You agree to abide by them in full;
  • You will ensure that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
